WINS

The Women in Natural Sciences (WINS) program aims at promoting women in the sciences with the goal of providing networking, mentoring, and educational opportunities to women faculty. The program includes all women faculty with regular or special appointments within the College and strives to improve retention and uplift workplace climate.

WINS seeks to increase the visibility and education of the diverse scientific community through lectures, travel awards, and small research grants for graduate student projects within the College of Natural Sciences. These grants are made possible through generous donations.
