About

Margi received her MBA from Colorado State University in 1997, and has worked on campus since 1998. She has extensive experience in research grant administration, financial management, program development, data mining and analysis, and broadening participation among diverse and under-served populations within STEM disciplines. She manages the College's proposal preparation and submission process, provides post-award financial direction to faculty and staff, conducts data mining to facilitate decision-making across the College, and provides support for the annual SALX and Budget Construction processes. Margi also serves as an Equal Opportunity Coordinator for Administrative Professional searches. She has served as the Chairperson for the College Administrative Advisory Group (CAAP) on campus and sits on several committees related to the Office of Sponsored Programs' (OSP's) operations and new system implementation. As a member of the OSP Professional Development Committee, she provides on-campus training on various research administration topics.  Margi is a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA).
