Industry representatives or Faculty and Students
This event brings the BioTech community of Northern Colorado together with students and faculty at Colorado State University to understand the partnerships that currently exist and explore new/additional opportunities to collaborate on research areas. Funding and support has been committed by Colorado BioScience Association, CSU Ventures, The Career Center at CSU, and the Colleges of Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, Natural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
This program will:
- Promote the student talent at CSU as well as provide employers with critical links to faculty and their research.
- Showcase our strengths and allow students and faculty to understand the research and products that are being developed and delivered in the Colorado BioTech community.
- Allow for businesses and CSU to discuss experiential learning opportunities such as internships and co-ops for students in the sciences.
- Provide faculty with input from businesses as to key/critical skills that industry is seeking.
- Foster potential research linkages between industry and CSU.
This event is scheduled to coincide with The Undergraduate Research Symposium to maximize the time of all participants. The tentative schedule is as follows:
